HECTIC

Things have been a bit crazy of the festive season which is why i havent updated my blog yet...

Great news, the head dj at our local club heard my mix on 5fm and asked if i would like to play a one and a half hour set. The event was called The Bling Party, and i would be opening up for cape town guys... strictly hip hop/r 'n b all night.

This sounds all good except i was told on the friday and party was the next day! I could sleep or eat cause i was excited/nervous, it was crazy.

Saturday finally arrived and the head dj was kind enough to let me use my decks and even have a quick practice session, by now the nerves were at a new level.

The time had come... after dropping my intro and playing the first track and seeing people start dancing all the nerves just disappeared. This was one hectic night!
